While it is true that Mass Media has edepoxld far beyond our wildest imagination, we in the pulpit lag in it’s use to reach out.Maybe some of that is because clergy is aging as well as most of the parishioners. Some in all churches use Facebook and Twitter and other media “texting” to communicate. Some in all churches have no intention of learning how! I find myself using and loving the new technology, I also have some that I can only reach in the traditional way, by telephone or in person. We as Clergy must take the middle ground “be all things to all people, that we might save a few”
