Product Description
Qtpfsgui is an open source graphical user interface application that aims to provide a workflow for HDR imaging. HDR imaging is a process that creates enhanced, very detailed photographs out of multiple exposures of a single object or scene. Qtpfsgui renders these exposures into a single, highly detailed image or allows users to create HDR images from the photos and pictures on their computer. Supported HDR formats: -- OpenEXR (extension: EXR) -- Radiance RGBE (extension: HDR) -- Tiff formats: 16bit, 32bit (float) and LogLuv (extension: TIFF) -- Raw image formats (extension: various) -- PFS native format (extension: PFS) Supported LDR formats: -- JPEG, PNG, PPM, PBM, TIFF (8 bit) Supported features: -- Create an HDR file from a set of images (formats: JPEG, TIFF 8bit and 16bit, RAW) of the same scene taken at different exposure setting. -- Save and load HDR images. -- Rotate and resize HDR images. -- Tonemap HDR images. -- Copy EXIF data between sets of images. -- Supports internationalization. Qtpfsgui is available for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X, see Download below. A wiki space provided by Sourceforge acts a central place for all the documentation. A great deal of discussions and images related to Qtpfsgui can be found on flickr. If you want to contribute translating Qtpfsgui for your language here's a how-to that explains the procedure to become a maintainer. Why this name? Qt: the program uses Qt4 to show its graphical widgets. PFS: the main backend library and original sourcecode base. GUI: this stands simply for graphical user interface.
